Bacalhau do Natal

Depois de bem cozido o bacalhau, desfia-se num pano. Cozem-se batatas e passam-se pelo
amassador. Mistura-se bem uma coisa com outra. Faz-se um refogado de azeite, cebola
picada, pimenta branca e alhos, junta-se à massa e deixa-se ferver algum tempo.
